We collect as little as we can and never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Waitlist

When you join the Odyseya waitlist we store your email address and, if you choose to answer, your company size, your role and your biggest money headache.

We use this only to contact you about early access and to understand what to build. It is kept until early access launches or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Accounts

When you create an account we store:

• your email address, which you use to log in and where we send account emails (confirmations, password resets, email changes);
• your password, stored only as a secure hash — we can never see it;
• login sessions and technical security data such as the time, IP address and browser of a login, used to keep your account safe;
• a short record of failed password checks in account settings, used only to stop password guessing.

We use this data only to run your account and keep it secure.

Where your data lives

Your account and waitlist data is stored in the European Union (Ireland) with our database provider, Supabase. The website is hosted by Vercel, and account emails are sent through Brevo. These providers process data only on our behalf.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time: log in, open Settings and use Delete my account in the Danger zone. This removes your login and the data stored with it straight away and cannot be undone.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Just reply to any email from us and we will handle it.
